In addition, we will represent you in dealings with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the Office in Alicante with jurisdiction over Community copyright in designs and models as well as the
international registration authorities in Geneva.
Pirates will be out of luck: We protect your designs from copycat versions and work with government authorities, if necessary, to achieve this – for instance, confiscation at the border. Furthermore, we can also defend you against allegations of copyright infringement in respect of designs and models.
