We advise and act for clients throughout Germany in nearly all areas of medical law. The main areas in which we work are the establishment and (re)structuring of hospitals and clinics as well as of joint ventures such as group practices and communities of practice or interdisciplinary cooperative agreements.

A further area of expertise is advice and representation when selling and acquiring practices, clinics or shares in the same. This includes representation at the associated proceedings held by admission bodies for associations of doctors and dentists who work for the health insurance schemes.
