On your behalf, we ensure that the annual fees are paid. At home and abroad we pursue infringements in intellectual property rights
with a lawyer working in close cooperation with a patent lawyer; if necessary, we cooperate with government authorities and aim to have the items that infringe intellectual property legislation confiscated at the border. In infringement proceedings we enforce injunctive relief, and claims for information, restitution and compensation on your behalf.
