Dr. Ulrich-Peter Kinzl
Ulrich advises national and international clients in all areas of corporate law, particularly mid-sized, publicly traded companies and consortiums on conversions, restructuring, M&A transactions and subsequent regulations. More specifically his work involves personally advising business executives, executive boards and supervisory boards.
Ulrich is also a qualified tax advisor. He focuses on arranged tax advising in the areas of national and international tax law. He performs the legal and fiscal advising of corporate conversions and transactions.
Ulrich is a member of the German branch of the International Fiscal Association, the International Bar Association as well as the Interdisciplinary Center for International Financial and Fiscal Affairs. He regularly lectures and publishes articles on current corporate law and tax law. He is the author of "Gesellschaftervereinbarungen" (Company Agreements) (Verlag C.H.Beck, ISBN: 978-3-406-65051-2).
Ulrich completed his study of law at Leipzig, Geneva and Bayreuth universities and in 2000 completed his doctorate under Prof. Dr. Volker Emmerich at the University of Bayreuth. He gained oversees experience in Paris und Washington D.C. Since 2002 he has been a qualified, practising attorney and took the tax advisory exam in 2005. He has been a partner at BRP since 2006. He speaks German, English and French.
