Achim Kinzelmann
Achim's expertise are in advising and the legal supervision in the areas of corporate law, M&A und property law. His work includes advising partnerships and corporations on all aspects of corporate law, the representation of shareholders in corporate law disputes and the regulation of succession. He accompanies and advises on corporate transactions, takes on the structure and design of processes concerning conversions and draws up corporate contracts. He further advises on property law and arranges property negotiations. He is notary administrator in place of the notary Dr. Rainer Laux.
Achim completed his study of law at Bayreuth and Tübingen universities. He has been working as an attorney at BRP since 1993 and is also a partner. He speaks German and English.
