Alina Julie Hofmann
Alina Julie Hofmann works in the areas of intellectual property law and competition law. She advises and represents national and international clients both in and out of court, with particular focus on trademark law, design protection and copyright law. She is constantly involved in proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
With a focus on intellectual property and competition law, Alina Julie Hofmann studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and in Switzerland at the Université de Lausanne.
She completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Darmstadt and subsequently worked as an attorney in intellectual property law at a law firm in Frankfurt.
Alina Julie Hofmann has been employed by BRP since 2021.
