Dr. Axel Neumahr
Mediator
Axel advises as certified attorney in commercial and corporate law national and international clients on all corporate law issues, in particular on incorporations, changes in form, joint ventures and M&A transactions. His practice also includes advising and representing shareholders, managing directors, board members and supervisory board members.
He also advises on all matters of commercial and business law. This includes the representation of the interests of companies in their commercial and service relationships as well as litigation in disputes.
As an experienced mediator and arbitrator, Axel frequently mediates in shareholder disputes.
Axel completed his studies at the Universities of Tübingen and Leiden/Netherlands. He received his doctorate in 1999 from the University of Tübingen under Prof. Dr. Kerner. Before co-founding Reith Neumahr Rechtsanwälte in 2005 (until 2014, Reith Schick & Partner), he worked for several years for a commercial law firm in Stuttgart in the areas of corporate law and M&A. He has been a partner at BRP since 2019.
As a lecturer at the University of Hohenheim and at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, Axel is also active in training and further education.
In addition to his legal practice, Axel is Honorary Consul of the Republic of the Philippines for Baden-Württemberg.
He advises in German and English.

Dr. Axel Neumahr ist Lehrbeauftragter an der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Stuttgart und an der Universität Hohenheim sowie regelmäßig Dozent für einen privaten Seminarveranstalter zum Thema "GmbH-Geschäftsführer".
