Carsten Gnewikow
Carsten advises on all areas of insurance law. The focus of his judicial and extrajudicial work is in the field of disability and occupational disability, accident insurance and life insurance.
Carsten studied law, specialising in "internationalisation and Europeanisation of law", at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. During his legal clerkship at Darmstadt Regional Court he did both his solicitor's training and elective training at the Frankfurt office of a leading law firm for insurance law. There, he dealt primarily with motor vehicle liability as well as general liability.
After his legal clerkship, Carsten was employed for two years at a leading life insurance company specialising in special benefit cases (disability and occupational disability, dread disease, nursing care, fatalities and elapsed rights) in Stuttgart. He has been working as a lawyer at BRP since 2016.
Carsten speaks German and English.
