Dr. Christian Wittmann
Christian advises on medical and insolvency law at BRP. Regarding medical law he focuses on the establishment, dissolution and restructuring of cooperations including conflict resolution. His expertise also extends to the areas of contract medical admission process and supply.
He advises on professional legal questions, particularly regarding the cooperation of physicians with other health service providers and industrial companies. His clients include hospitals, which he supports, for example, during the implementation of a hospital plan or at the conclusion of a supply contract.
In insolvency law, Christian advises particular creditors on insolvency secure contracts and how to avoid insolvency risks and advises self-employed debtors on the restructuring and reorganisation of their business.
Christian completed his law degree at the University of Tübingen and also achieved his doctorate there. He is a regular speaker and continuously publishes articles. He also regularly writes legal reports for self-governing bodies, for example on the right to organise, and on questions of ensuring contractual medical care.
Christian speaks both German and English.
