Daniela Glöckle
Daniela advises national and international clients in all areas of corporate law, particularly mid-sized, publicly traded companies and consortiums on conversions, reorganizations, M&A transactions and subsequent regulations. Her work also involves personally advising business executives, executive boards and supervisory boards. Daniela is also a qualified tax advisor, advising on both national and international tax law. Her specialty is providing tailored tax advice for corporate conversions and transactions.
Daniela studied law at the universities of Würzburg, Granada and Heidelberg. Before joining BRP, she worked as an in-house attorney at the corporate headquarters of Robert Bosch GmbH in the employment law department. Daniela has been an attorney at BRP since 2009. Whilst working, she completed her training as a tax advisor and passed the tax advisory exam in 2012. Daniela speaks German, English and Spanish.
In 2020, 2021 and 2022, Daniela has been recognized as a leading expert in corporate law in the ranking „Germany´s Best Lawyers“ released by the US specialist publisher Best Lawyers and the Handelsblatt

Daniela Rentz hält gemeinsam mit Dr. Thomas Glöckle, LL.M. den Vortrag: "Nachfolge im Tourismus" unter gesellschafts-, steuer- und arbeitsrechtlichen Gesichtspunkten. Prof. Dr. Christian Brenner, EMBA referiert zum Thema: "Die Schwierigkeiten bei der Unternehmensnachfolge".
