Daniela advises national and international in all areas of corporate law, particularly mid-sized, publicly traded companies and consortiums on conversions, reorganisations, M&A transactions and subsequent regulations. Her work also involves personally advising business executives, executive boards and supervisory boards. Daniela is also a qualified tax advisor, advising on both national and international tax law. Her speciality is providing tailored tax advice for corporate conversions and transactions.
Daniela studied law at the Universitiy of Würzburg, Granada and Heidelberg. Before joining BRP, she worked as an in-house attorney at the corporate headquarters of Robert Bosch GmbH in the employment law department. Daniela has been a attorney at BRP since 2009. Whilst working, she completed her training as an tax advisor and passed the tax advisory exam in 2012. Daniela speaks German, English and Spanish.
