Dr. Felix Graulich
Felix advises national and international clients in all areas of corporate law, particularly mid-sized, publicly traded companies and consortiums on conversions, restructuring, M&A transactions and subsequent regulations. More specifically his work involves personally advising business executives, executive boards and supervisory boards. His industry focus is on the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors as well as IT and Fintech.
Felix completed his study of law at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen. He completed his doctorate in 2012 under Prof. Dr. Joachim Vogel. Felix has been an attorney since 2012. Before joining BRP, he was a partner at Kuhn Carl Norden Baum in Stuttgart and spent several months at a commercial law firm in London. He is a member of the Wissenschaftliche Vereinigung für Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht (VGR) e.V. (an association for business and corporate law). Felix has been an attorney at BRP since 2021.
He speaks German and English.

In 2022 Felix has been recognized as a leading expert in corporate law in the ranking „Germany´s Best Lawyers“ released by the US specialist publisher Best Lawyers and the Handelsblatt.
