Johannes Gugel
Johannes advises national and international clients in all areas of corporate law, particularly mid-sized, publicly traded companies, start-up companies and consortiums on conversions, restructuring, M&A transactions and subsequent regulations. His work involves personally advising business executives, executive boards and supervisory boards. He also advises on compliance issues, including money laundering prevention and transparency registers.
Johannes studied law at the University of Tübingen and worked as an academic assistant at the private law department. During his legal traineeship he gained experience in the field of corporate law at an international corporate law firm in Stuttgart and at a law firm in Sydney, Australia.
Johannes speaks German and English.
