Dr. Lisa Ames
Lisa advises national and international clients in all areas of corporate law, particularly mid-sized, publicly traded companies and consortiums on conversions, restructuring, subsequent regulations and M&A transactions. Her work invovles personally advising business executives, executive boards and supervisory boards. Lisa also advises on capital market law.
Lisa completed her study of law in Freiburg and has been working as an attorney at BRP since 2008. She did her doctorate in 2012 under Prof. Hanno Merkt at the University of Freiburg. Lisa speaks German, English and French.
