Dr. Max Kleissler
Dr. Max Kleissler advises national and international clients on the buy- and sell-side in national and cross-border M&A transactions as well as corporate law matters. His expertise covers the full range of transactions from due diligence, structuring and negotiation to closing, including joint ventures and venture capital investments. He works for strategic and financial investors as well as for entrepreneurs and founders.
His activities also include personal advice to managing directors, board members and supervisory board members as well as legal advice on transformations, restructurings and corporate succession. Max Kleissler also advises on insolvency law issues.
Max Kleissler studied law at the University of Freiburg and received his doctorate in European stock corporation law from the University of Mannheim. Max Kleissler has been working in BRPs Frankfurt office since 2016. Prior to this, he worked for several years with an international law firm in Frankfurt, focusing on M&A and corporate law.
Max Kleissler speaks German and English.
