Dr. Michael Frank
Michael advises clients in all areas of the law on employment and service contracts. This includes inter alia providing advice to companies in respect to drafting and implementing new employment contracts and employment conditions. In addition, he focuses on the procedural representation of clients in labour law courts, in particular in respect to dismissal protection proceedings.
Michael studied law at the University of Konstanz, Aix-Marseille and Tübingen. He completed his legal traineeship at the Regional Court in Stuttgart. Michael was admitted as a lawyer in 2018 and has been working at BRP since 2019.
Michael speaks German, English and French.
