Philip Malcolm Kohl
Philip specializes in the areas of intellectual property law and unfair competition law. He advises national and international clients both in and out of court with particular focus on trademark law, design protection and copyright law. Additionally, Philip is constantly involved in proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Philip studied law at the University of Tübingen. During his clerkship, he already gained experience in the field of intellectual property law at an international law firm in Munich as well as internationally during his clerkship in Sydney, Australia. Philip is a member of the German Association for Industrial Property and Copyright Law and the Working Group on Intellectual Property and Media in the DAV.
