Polina Hufen
Polina advises clients in all areas of corporate law and M&A, focusing on corporate litigation and arbitration. She advises both national and international clients in all matters relating to commercial and corporate law, particularly publicly traded companies and consortiums on conversions, restructuring, M&A transactions and succession plans. Her practice includes providing advice to business executives, executive boards and supervisory boards. Polina also advises her clients on private international law issues as well as on commercial law and contract law.
Polina studied law at the Justus Liebig University in Gießen where she focused on international private law as well as on civil and arbitration law. During her legal traineeship, Polina already gained experiences in the field of litigation und dispute resolution at White & Case LLP. Then, she worked as an attorney in the field of company law and M&A in a medium-sized law firm in Frankfurt am Main. She has been working with BRP since 2018.
Polina is a member of the Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V. (DIS) (German Institution for Arbitration). She speaks German, English and Russian.
