Sonja advises national and international clients in all areas of corporate law, particularly mid-sized, publicly traded companies and consortiums on conversions, reorganizations, M&A transactions and subsequent regulations. Her work also involves personally advising business executives, executive boards and supervisory boards.
Sonja is also a qualified tax consultant. She provides legal and tax advice on corporate transformations and corporate transactions. She advises on both national and international tax law.
Sonja completed her studies at the University of Mannheim (Bachelor of Laws in Business Law, LL.B.) and the University of Surrey, Great Britain. As a research assistant at the chair of German and European Commercial Law in Mannheim and during a stay abroad in the USA at Robert Bosch LLC in the field of M&A, she gained valuable experience in the area of corporate law. Sonja has joined BRP as lawyer in 2018.
She speaks German and English.
