Stefan Bausch
Stefan advises national and international clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law. Among other things, he focuses on distribution-related antitrust law, including the drafting of distribution contracts and rebate agreements. He also deals with commercial agency and distribution law and advises on compliance measures.
Stefan studied law at the University of Tübingen. He completed his legal traineeship in Stuttgart and Munich. He gained experience in a commercial law firm and an international industrial group. He has been working as a lawyer at BRP since 2019. Stefan is a member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht (Society for Antitrust Law).
He speaks German, English and French.
