Tobias Pfriender
Tobias advises national and international clients on all corporate law matters, in particular on incorporations, changes in form, joint ventures and M&A transactions. His practice also includes advising and representing shareholders, managing directors, board members and supervisory board members.
Tobias also represents clients' interests and advises in all matters of commercial and business law, in particular in the areas of distribution law and commercial sales.
Tobias completed his studies at the University of Konstanz. During his legal training he gained experience in the field of commercial and corporate law in various commercial law firms. He has been working as a lawyer at BRP since 2019.
Tobias speaks German and English.
