Uwe is a patent attorney and provides consultancy services nationally and internationally in patent, registered design, brand and design law. His areas of expertise are in drafting patent applications, pursuing these until the patents are granted by national and international patent offices, and enforcing the patents in the event of patent infringements nationally and abroad.
Uwe has a degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Stuttgart and a Master’s (LL.M.; Master of Laws) for European industrial property rights from the Distance Teaching University of Hagen.
His technological expertise lies in the areas of vehicle technology, exhaust systems, intake systems, exhaust gas turbochargers, injection systems, air conditioning systems, aviation technology, radar systems, turbo engines, renewable energy technology, sensor technology, lighting systems and personal safety systems.
Uwe speaks German and English.
In 2020 and 2021, Uwe has been recognized as a leading expert in intellectual property law in the ranking „Germany´s Best Lawyers“ released by the US specialist publisher Best Lawyers and the Handelsblatt.
