Dr. Volker Nill
Certified attorney in labor law
Volker advises on all areas of insurance law. The focus of his judicial and extra-judicial activities is on personal insurance, particularly disability insurance, life insurance, accident insurance and sickness allowance insurance.
Volker also works in the areas of general insurance contract law, liability insurance as well as in D&O insurance and buildings insurance.
Volker also advises on social security law. The focus here is on advising companies in connection with tax audits and issues with social security status determination (distinction between employment and self-employment income). In the area of employment law, his work mainly constists of court litigation and advising employers in the public sector.
Volker completed his law degree at the University of Tübingen in 2001 and also achieved his doctorate there in 2004. He became a partner at BRP in 2006 and is a certified attorney in insurance law and labor law. Volker is a member of the Committee of insurance law for the German Bar Association.
